    2015年8月20日至8月30日,滋粥楼的顶级名厨们作为客席厨师,第三次受邀前往香港赛马会的沙田会所,在那里为马会会员带去顶级的新鲜食材,奉献一系列精选菜式,为在此举行商务盛宴或消闲聚会的马会会员提供难忘的美食体验。滋粥楼的名厨将以精湛的厨艺烹调多元化的广东美食,让香港食客大快朵颐。

    香港赛马会是由香港政府批准的一家非营利性的俱乐部组织,也是亚洲最大、最高级的会所之一。曾荫权、李嘉诚、任志刚等政商界领袖以及众多社会贤达都是马会会员。马会为其二万多会员提供饮食、娱乐、社交等服务。

    滋粥楼为本次香港赛马会呈献的特色菜式有:

(5)煎焗鲮鱼翅(Pan-fried sliver dace fish’s fin sprinkled with ground peppercorn)

(7)咸猪骨佛手瓜汤(Salted Pork Bone Soup with “Buddah’s “ Hands Gourd) 

(8)顺德拆鱼羹(Deboned Carp Fish Soup with Shredded Angled Loofah, Wood Fungus and Olive Seeds,“Shunde”Style) 

(9)水库啜鱼三味(Big Head Carp Fish served in three Ways) 

(10)清粥过桥沙白蚬、啜鱼片(Simmered Big Head Carp Fish and Clams in Rice Braoth) 

(11)陈村粉蒸啜鱼片(Steamed Big Head Carp Fish with “Shunde”Rice Flat Noodles)
